The staff here are so caring and positive. They clearly all love animals and treat them with such love and care. The vet and techs are very communicative and provide full information to allow me informed personal choice, never pushing in any direction. My dog went in for a dental cleaning and it was an amazing experience. The discharge paperwork was so thorough; it included the before and after pictures of the dental procedure, x-rays, and instructions. Super happy to trust my pets with them anytime.

The BEST in Colorado Springs I usually never leave reviews but I had to. They helped us out the same day thankfully and did everything to help us out. Truly appreciative of the staff and how they handled the passing of our sweet old gal, Sage. The clinic offers a separate room with its own entrance and exit that allowed us a level of privacy I wasn’t even considering. We received respect at every single level and from every employee. Would highly recommend to close friends and family, as even now we have chosen PPVC to handle all of our needs with our new addition to the family.

My leopard gecko was able to be seen within three days by a reptile specialist, who was able to get him taken care of and solve his problem without any need for surgery. I was very relieved and impressed; everyone was so nice and professional, and really helped to calm my nerves as I was worried for my gecko. They even had a separate area for cats and reptiles away from dogs to keep them calm. I’ll definitely be returning here for any further care for my reptiles!

For 15 years we have had our pets cared for at PPVC. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Such a caring, professional and dedicated group. My dog gets stressed going to the Dr. but trusts them as he gives kisses even when they are caring for him. That's the best review there! 1st time taking in our 6yr old bearded dragon here and the staff was excellent. I had concerns on stuck shed which they helped with and told me how to care for. The biggest surprise of all was finding out our male beardie is a girl beardie! The vet took time to answer my questions and concerns and I will definitely be going back for dragon care. It's so hard to find an exotic pet vet in Colorado Springs and I'm glad we have one to go to now.
