The National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
September 26, from 10 am to 2 pm, El Paso County will take your old, expired or otherwise no longer useful medications and dispose of them properly.
The take-back site is at 3255 Akers Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80922 between Constitution and North Carefree Circle just west of Marksheffel Road.
